    For some reason the embedded video gives a “not available” error. It’s happened before with embedded videos, yet they actually still exist on YouTube site. Same with this one. In fact BBC on YouTube (user name bbcworldnews) has this same story in 4 or 5 different videos under varying names (posted Mar. 20).

    So in case you get other reports of trouble with this one, you can try embedding one of the others. It’s an important piece of footage.
